- stopped growing, so instead of innovating, they are pressuring employees to make magic with existing products - CEO doesnt understand business and market, just worried about $$$ results and not to team building - Directors only worried about their personal results (and fat bonuses), not with company growth - Share holders used to manage the company, now they just want money and don't care about the future of the company - Everybody (share holders, stock holders, CEO, directors) is trying to take all the money the can out of the company, without being worry about what will happened to the company after they are able to sell it. For them, it will be great. For those who continue to work there, the day after will be awful.
