I learnt a fair deal of selling techniques, confidence, resilience, team work, time management etc. It gets you out of your comfort zone, makes you competitive. Team members were fun to work with. But leaders are probably taught to be that way on purpose to keep you longer!

The list is endless: quick points 100% Commission. No benefits, no bonuses, no sick pay, no holidays, no pension, no food, no relief on travel expenses. Culture can be toxic with loud music banging, building looks shabby in and out. You work 6 days a week, come at 6 or 6:30am. You practise pitching. They allocate you a location far away in London, sometimes outside London, where you stand in Heat, Rain, Snow, Hurricane, Tornado doesn't matter you have to stand and stop people to pitch them Vanquis credit cards. It is hard to sell, even after the training. The client has to meet a lot of criteria such as Age eligibility, income eligibility, housing address etc. You come back at 7pm to record back the Sales! sometimes you come at 8pm and then you go Home. You have No social life. They even want you to hang out with them outside working hours HAHA in a restaurant or bar. They tell you this is the best job in the world, what an amazing opportunity to open your own Office in just 1 year, when in fact majority of people takes them 4,5 years to get to just "Assistant Management". Is a joke. Shady and insincere promises.
