Salary on time! Pretty nice office in Ahmedabad.

If you want to join Litera, please go through some of the engineering, product support profiles on LinkedIN as those people just left within a Year. Nothing is Good in this company, No Work life balance, No Retention policy, Bunch of kids in HR team who easily gets Angry and Aggressive on asking queries. Too many acquisitions for which too too much workload. No joining Bonus, 300 rupees for Night shift allowance.. HAHAHA No pick-up/drop facilities, NO employee retention policy, NO proper growth of employees. Kindly contact/get in touch with former employees before joining Litera. You will get the clear picture.

The individuals who have been brought together by this company

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
