This Company is so obviously either getting ready to go public or sell, and they have been making decisions at the top to support that end goal for the past 12 months at the expense of their employees Any long standing leaders who were actually worth something have all either left or been fired. A true shame not just to lose them, but also because the Company is buying back equity, so now they don’t have to worry about high pay outs to their staple employees who literally built the Company. Not to mention the “COVID relief fund” we all paid into and now no one benefits from due to the mass exodus. It’s a disgusting reflection of the “rich getting richer” mentality that the CEO has The Company is currently outsourcing engineers in India, just another step in cutting expenses to increase bottom line. Never mind those of us who have been here for years and can see now that we were all just pawns for the executive team to use. Truly: this Company is unconcerned for its culture. They literally don’t care about you as a human anymore and it’s because it’s the final push to sell or go public. Good for you and everyone you slaughtered along the way
