Pros

Poor HR mindset & culture and no bargain factory labour approach instead of finance industry practices. office hour 10-7 plus time stamps check in and out, don't expect work life balance, terms & cons only favor to the company, lot of hinting terms, 6 months probation is weird. complicated background check approach which is stupid.

Kontras

looks like a financial international firm but is a doubt

Pros

I've been with LTP for over two years now, and looking back, it's been a genuinely rewarding journey. The technical bar here is high — the people around you are sharp, and working through real challenges together has made me grow faster than I expected. What's stood out most over the years is that leadership actually values employee input; it's not lip service, it tangibly shapes how the company moves. In three years, I've gone from executing tasks to leading projects end-to-end, and that growth felt earned, not handed to me. The compensation is competitive, and the team culture has stayed strong throughout — professional, straightforward, and genuinely collaborative. If you're looking for a place in blockchain and fintech where you can do serious work and keep growing, LTP is the real deal.

Kontras

No, I am all good

Pros

They fulfill your salary request and office locate at exchange square, pretend to be company with ethic

Kontras

They run excessively complicated and duplicated background checks, rudely reach out to your previous employer, and make you pay for things like reference letters or certificates. They pressure you to resign first, then — once you’ve lost your leverage — delay your start date and ask you to work unpaid for a while. All the while, they secretly keep recruiting in the market at lower rates so you won’t notice. As soon as they find a cheaper candidate, they fire you during probation. It’s a deliberate tactic to drive costs as low as possible — utterly shameless and devoid of any basic integrity. The office mainly consists of inexperienced employees, which is also a drawback. Feel free to join the company yourself to see if I’m right or not.
