First let me acknowledge the raging plethora of negative reviews on here about the company and also stress that the vast majority of them do NOT necessarily apply to the NZ office. I worked for the NZ office for around a year and during that time I had some amazing growth opportunities and learnt an immense amount of knowledge about outbound selling. One thing that is important to note is that the cultures of the Sydney and Auckland offices are NOT the same and that the GM of the NZ office is truly lovely to interact with and report to. Since joining last year, she's invested heavily in transforming the company culture and made sure that the staff are well cared for. One thing I can assure you with relative certitude is that if you're wanting to work here because the job looks 'easy' then you'll most likely be sadly disappointed. The job isn't easy - not in sales anyway. In fact it's exceedingly demanding, but if you put the work and effort in then it CAN pay extremely well. [No, I wasn't asked to leave a positive review and this is not intended to pander to anyone or achieve a particular agenda.] As long as Iwona is there, I can happily recommend the Auckland office as a place to work. If you make it through the first few weeks and get to know the other staff, they're pretty much all a great bunch of people that are cool to hang out with for drinks after work 👍 'So why did you leave then?', I hear you ask... Well, my circumstances changed and the rest is none of your business 😉
