While some of the internal processes are still being sorted out, it has been a very exciting experience to be a part of. The teams are very fun to work with, and everyone supports each other to their fullest ability. The software is also very intriguing and fun to work with.

People here are passionate, they are always here to help, there is a truly positive and helpful work environment. Management values work-life balance and job satisfaction. Plus, working on what happens on the social Web is a lot of fun.

The industry changes fast, so working here requires constant adaptation and a desire to bring vision and value. It is also still a relatively "siloed" organization that needs to learn to communicate better.
