They try to cheat you for payments and terminate you falsely just to keep your money. They think you can't speak the language and have no way to get them in trouble.

A lot of flexibility in arranging schedules, picking the right student trainees, and developing customized lesson plans. Got to teach, and become friends with, a couple of senior executives. Never a problem with compensation.

Can't really think of any, other than the relative shortage of corporate executive students.
