      not really any pros. they give you a paycheck until they don't

      - US sales management is abysmal. they think they are tech gods but just sell internet filters to keep kids off the hub. insecure, small minded, and small statured as well. - up to some shady accounting stuff for a publicly traded company

      Pros

      Great culture and people to work with! Awesome products that really make you feel good about what you are doing on a daily basis.

      Kontras

      Base Pay for the long term, successful employees could be stronger. The commission in sales is obviously great, but the salaries for their team members needs to increase to keep the talent they have happy and content with staying.
