Pros
In my experience, there is nothing "pro" about working at Linepro. The working hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with constant pressure to meet expectations.
The immediate seniors are generally okay, but the sales team management is the worst part of the company. They push employees to the limit, rarely appreciate your hard work, and if you close a good deal, they often try to take all the credit. However, if a mistake happens, the entire responsibility falls on you.
This was my personal experience. I would advise others to think carefully before joining the company.
Kontras
The sales role is not limited to sales. You are expected to handle responsibilities across multiple departments, including purchasing, production, packing, dispatch, and even technical support.
Most of your day is spent following up on raw materials, checking production status, coordinating dispatches, and updating seniors instead of focusing on sales. This creates unnecessary workload and pressure.
To make things worse, around 80% of the materials delivered to clients get rejected due to quality or other issues. As a result, deals are frequently cancelled, clients become frustrated, and sales executives are left to handle the complaints despite having little control over the situation.
Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience.
