The benefits are great with the pension plan. Decent opportunities for upward or lateral movements.
Kontras
Company pushes KPIs and bottom line targets, but does not reward the individuals the way they should. The do not give raises based on your performance but instead base it on how long you have been with the company, very low performance management. Employee moral is very low at times due to this and other factors.
