Everything. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Morale is incredibly low. Highest turnover company I’ve ever worked for. Not profitable, company has been suffering financially for a number of years. Last year they did not give any merit increases however they were able to remodel the front office. Executives have memberships to the briar club but they can’t afford to get hard-working employees a raise or good bonuses. Bonuses are a joke. , My bonus for my first year was $200. $200? What kind of bonus is that? This company is also sexist and racist don’t expect to make good money unless you’re white and a male Or part of the family. Their homework and department has turned over in their whole human resource department has turned over. I mean have you ever worked in a place where a whole departments have just quit? The company is struggling to win new jobs! There are a lot of people in leadership roles who have no business being in there. Do yourself a favor and just avoid and work for their competition.
