Compensation is strong, quotas are fair and achievable, and expectations are clear. If you put in the work, you can consistently win here. It feels like a place where you can build a long-term career, not just cycle through another sales job. The product is also something you can confidently stand behind, which makes selling and supporting customers much easier.
Kontras
The biggest gap for me is the lack of stock options or equity. For people who love helping grow a company long term, having ownership or equity would be a strong additional motivator and align employees even more closely with the company’s success.
