By far the best company I have ever worked for in my close to 30 year career. After my initial interview with Lighthouse, I knew this company was different! Amazing people to work with who are highly intelligent, down-to-earth and selfless. incredibly supportive culture where employees are motivated and want to come to work everyday! Always opportunity to learn from different teams and even switch roles as departments grow and new teams form. This is what great leadership looks like people! They have the best intentions for the company, the employees, and the clients! It is exciting working for a company that is truly not only the best employer, but the best at what they do!! The only comment I can add here is one directed more toward being a project manager in the eDiscovery world. You do have to work hard, be committed and know there will be long days and/or weeks at times. This is a service based industry so working hard, giving your best is a must. This isn't for everyone but if you are ok with hard work and commitment, this is the company you want to work for.
