      Execs are really intelligent AND personable! People are inclusive and fun to work with. Not a lot of egos Excellent trajectory for success Quick moving and lots of work and innovation to keep you busy and interested.

      Sometimes information does not flow as well given the speed. But the company is definitely aware and working hard to keep knowledge moving through the ranks.

      You get to learn gold standard of managing up by engineering SVP,

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
