The atmosphere around here is infectious. More and more the company has brought on outstanding talent who represent the best in the industry. As a still-growing organization, there's a lot of opportunity here for employees to contribute in ways that are meaningful to them outside their designated role. Management really wants people to be happy in their jobs, and works to make that happen whenever possible. Lastly, there's a strong dedication to diversity, and the company is progressive about making a truly inclusive workplace.

It's still a small-ish company, so work loads are frequently intense, and benefits probably aren't as cushy as a larger organization. I've always found hard work reflected around review time, though.
