It has partnership with most of the leading vendors of information security products, it has customers which are really important companies and they have good reputation in the market because they have really good customer's fidelity. If you are starting as Information Security professional, It's a good company to learn.

They don't pay overtime, and you have to do a lot of overtime. The management level fails in the people retention because the real causes of turnover are not identified or assumed. The hiring process takes too long. Objectives are not required in the same way to all employees.
