management needs to get control of and be able to confront a hostile, disrespectful, rude an over animated employee when complaints have been made both in email and face to face verbally. the answer is not to tell the disrespected party to only send emails and not to speak to the hostile employee. Also management needs to watch their facial expressions when speaking to team members, Frowning while something is being explained then offering a grunt and walking away is totally unacceptable.
