I've worked at Lifescript for almost a year now and have gotten 3 promotions in the process. I feel valued and appreciated pretty much always. I have the most supportive management, I constantly learn, mistakes are allowed. They want me to grow and move up. All my coworkers are awesome - I cannot think of one person on the floor that I don't like. Fun company and team outings ALL the time - they really want us to whistle while we work! I come to work in jeans to a modern, bright office. Benefits are great, vacation time is plenty. Company-paid Fastrak! Plenty of free snacks and coffee at any time as well. They really take care of their employees. Very fast growing, lots of potential. I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about... those must be some plenty bitter people that live in some fantasy world. That's probably why they're gone. Lifescript seems to like happy, productive, real people.

CEO does get heated at times.... I guess they come that way. He's got plenty of happy moments, too, though. (Rest of the executive suite is pretty mellow, though!). I wish sick days were separate from vacation days. Office is usually pretty cold. Layer up!
