Terrible management, if you have an emergency and can not come in then you have to find coverage, management will not help. No opportunity to move up unless you are the favorite. Hostile work environment

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
