      Pros

      Pay is better than most other FITNESS Studios in the area, the GM as well as the director of group FITNESS are both really encouraging and smart people to have as bosses. The clientele can be hit or miss, sometimes really in your face, very demanding but if you keep a smile on your face it’s a great place to work. Lots of benefits.

      Some people can be very rude, lots of staff = less classes

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
