      Great gym with awesome amenities. With so many options for the members the potential to make money is much greater in comparison to other facilities.

      Kontras

      Hitting quota is all management cares about. If you hit one month, your their best friend but if you do not hit the following month, you get flagged.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
