I have not had a pay increase in 9 years Pay Lots of annual training during time off Minimal PT benefits Insists on lots of “coaching” to employees who are an issue to the rest of the work environment, but have no patience for other issues HR is across the country and not readily available on site Minimal room for advancement. Has leaders “in training” actually fulfilling role of department leads but pays them less.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
