Looks good on a resume.

Kontras

Horrible hours. Corporate control. Constant change in comp plan. No alignment with the company expectations and their employees. Ridiculous goals. Unnecessary checklists and reports. HORRIBLE upper management.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
