      Working for a company that wants to help people make a positive change in their life. You are doing work that really matters and makes a positive impact.

      Kontras

      The overall culture does not match their tagline of being a Healthy Way of Life Company. The CEO doesn't foster that. Poor benefits and PTO.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
