Top in the industry, Life Time Fitness does it better than the majority in a difficult service oriented atmosphere where making members happy is priority number one.

Kontras

Absolutely zero work/life balance. Over worked and constantly chasing impossible monthly goals only to find out that the paycheck is going to be light, again.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
