Swimming Coach An enthusiastic and energetic swimming coach with, more than four years of dynamic training experience in many sports clubs and academies for different ages and people with special needs. I have great competence in developing the performance levels of swimmers in a short period of time. My experience lies in achieving the objectives of the training process by guiding and counseling the behavior of swimmers and developing their mental, physical and technical abilities through innovative exercises, and encouraging the spirit of teamwork. One of my greatest strengths is to contain swimmers and provide them with psychological support. I'm good at modifying behavior and stimulation techniques. Which makes me a multi-tasking coach. E

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
