      Pros

      Free membership, and advocates for a healthy way of living. Staff is kindly, facility is extremely clean and fabulously decorated.

      Almost 30 hours of training was unpaid, convoluted management, little diversity in the workforce, job paid minimum wage for emotionally taxing work.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
