      Great members walking in daily

      Kontras

      Management was vindictive and sabotaged employees to keep them down to keep themselves looking better. I was surprised at a company that claims to have the best staff available but allows and tolerates ignorance and stupidity as long as the monthly revenue is hit.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
