Pros

I work with an awesome team, I have an awesome boss, I enjoy what I do, flexibility with having to be at a desk but also getting to be on your feet, good for a part time job

Kontras

You will never recieve over time hours, the system provided to assist members could be more efficient, other than that nothing.. LOVE what I do!

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Kontras

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
