Every piece of leadership from corporate down is all about leading with fear. Jobs are constantly threatened by upper leadership. There’s discrimination and bias all over the place. You don’t get promoted unless you know the right people or are in the good old boys club. Forget experience, quality and skills. None of that matters. Integrity is non-existent.
