      They really care about their members and their fitness goals. Depending upon the club, the atmosphere is conducive to career aspirations. People love what they do.

      They don't pay ALL that great; and it seems like they are always trying to get money OUT of us even more.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
