      Pros

      Everyone working for Lifetime seems to genuinely love being there and serving members. Free membership and discounts off services, spa, and cafe.

      Kontras

      Horrible pay regardless of position in company. Corporate is all about revenue and not taking care of its' employees at the club level.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
