      Room to advance in your career in any direction you want. Very friendly people. Get to work with people from all departments of the company.

      A lot of politics at the company. Some drama at the company as well, as there are many people applying for internal jobs.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
