I was hired at the front desk as my first job. I loved working there and enjoyed the schedule flexibility. Everyone got along well and it was fun. Plus I got a free membership.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
