      Working in a great atmosphere with majority good people. Members are friendly if kept happy

      Because they are always concerned with budget thanks to corporate, departments are understaffed and can be cheap

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
