      Pros

      Huge facility, lots of people, great energy. If you're hard working, you can move up quickly - if you're willing to relocate. Training is provided for all employees, but could do more.

      Kontras

      No work-life balance. Horrible hours and managers that only care about themselves and their paycheck or next promotion. Benefits are sub-standard. They tell you that "our benefits are comparable, if not better"... but that's just not true.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
