      Can make great money as a personal trainer if you are good at sales Free access to amazing facility

      Kontras

      Work expectation is over the top Promotions are based on how much you can sell, not how good of a trainer you are 100% commission based If you want to move up, be prepared to work AT LEAST 60+ hours a week

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
