      Pay as a Manager is very good. Great People! Free family membership.

      no work life balance for someone with a family. very quota driven which makes you take the eye off the goal of making people healthy. you sell bad memberships that you know will attrit out just to get your goal.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
