      Members with many needs and great facilities to help them. 24 hour access.

      Kontras

      Long hours and full 7 days expected end of month. Upper management pushes sales and revenue over the accomplishments of the members or the happiness, freedom, and health of it's employees. The owner lost his vision and replaced it with the desire to move the stock one penny.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
