      - Great staff - Good perks (free gym membership, discounted items and spa amenities)

      - Due to the department (kids academy) being mostly teenagers, sometimes hard to get a shift covered - No major complaints!

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
