      Pros

      Great guys to work with, pay is great if you do well and business is good. Great sales experience through one on one interaction and over the phone.

      Kontras

      Management will work you to death, don't really care about off days since its 100% commission. Nothing is ever good enough. High turnover rate to begin with, but all upper management cares about is the sell.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
