      High member traffic for potential clients.

      Bad leadership (Actually there is no leadership). Managers are young and immature. Many managers will throw their employees under the bus to get ahead. One of the most unethical places I have ever worked. Have you heard of Hell? This is it.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
