      Pros

      Top of the line equipment, best instructors and facility. Great classes and class availability. Instructors held strictly to high standards with certifications. Classes are full and provide you a great training experience on the job. You make friends with common interests. Great job for networking with professionals that have memberships.

      Kontras

      Bad overall mentality of disgruntled workers, especially with management. Did not help with certification costs.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
