      Pros

      Free membership to the nicest gym in the state. The pay scale is pretty good, even if they make it difficult to get to the next tier. The food in the cafe is really good, especially with the employee discount.

      Kontras

      They expect some spa technicians to work open to close the entire weekend. They will occasionally change your hours without your consent. Don't be surprised if you have to fight for a fair schedule.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
