Very flexible with your scheduled and working with you for hours.

Kontras

Pay is terrible and so are the raises IF you get one after a YEAR. People treat you like trash or like you're their servants. Not alot of management support.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Kontras

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
