      There are good health benefits and they do feed you clients regularly. Also it is a fun environment to work in because you are around people all day

      Kontras

      They really focus on selling people a lot of stuff that they don't necessarily need. They give commisions for sales as well

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
