      Nice coworkers that work hard

      Kontras

      Need more competitive benefits - no 401k match, no HSA contribution no raise, pay is lower than other businesses. No opportunities for promotions.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Kontras

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
