Total lack of transparency and expectations. I was only in training for two weeks, told constantly that I just needed more practice, and getting used to this again (Court searches and internet research are always unique and never the same). Mind you, I haven't done this work in almost a year—total waste of my time and theirs to hire me and let me go within two weeks. They have horrible reviews for a reason. I just wanted something in the meantime, and this was not worth even a second of my life.
