employees are scheduled based on seniority and not job availability or job performance. it is unfair to hard working employees who are new to the company. there are no benefits or recognition for hard work. (this is the barclays center, brooklyn,ny location). can only move up if your are friends with higher up people. position is seasonal and very few hours depending on your position. very high turn over rate.
